一、招聘職位
（一）中國(guó)航發(fā)商發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)中心副主任兼首席技術(shù)官（CTO）1名。

主要職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)洞察商發(fā)公司戰(zhàn)略與客戶需求、捕捉商業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、規(guī)劃所在業(yè)務(wù)中心（子公司）的技術(shù)發(fā)展，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)組織發(fā)展的技術(shù)目標(biāo)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)按照商發(fā)公司戰(zhàn)略和整體規(guī)劃布局，推動(dòng)建設(shè)所在業(yè)務(wù)中心（子公司）的技術(shù)體系、能力與平臺(tái)，推動(dòng)技術(shù)平臺(tái)團(tuán)隊(duì)與應(yīng)用研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的銜接聯(lián)動(dòng)。
3.負(fù)責(zé)按照商發(fā)公司戰(zhàn)略和整體規(guī)劃布局，管理所在業(yè)務(wù)中心（子公司）研發(fā)過程，推動(dòng)端到端改進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)流程，推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)。
4.負(fù)責(zé)按照商發(fā)公司戰(zhàn)略和整體規(guī)劃布局，協(xié)助推動(dòng)所在業(yè)務(wù)中心（子公司）的組織與人才建設(shè)，協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)規(guī)劃與梯隊(duì)建設(shè)，協(xié)助創(chuàng)建創(chuàng)新激勵(lì)機(jī)制，激發(fā)人員創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co. Ltd was founded on January, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group, Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng. It is engaged in the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, service and technical consultation of commercial aero engines.
The center of Design, Research & Development is responsible for the design, R&D of aero engines. It is also responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering design systems and critical technology programs.
